How do I know the status of my order

Order confirmation

When you place an human translation order, an email with subject "WiseTranslate - Your order" will be sent to you. In this order confirmation email, you can find a link to access your order directly as well as summary of your order.

Status checking

You can access WiseTranslate.net to check current status of your order at My orders menu.

Delivery notification

When translation is completed, you'll receive an email with subject "WiseTranslate - Translation is ready to download". You can access the order by clicking the link included in the email and download translated files.
